Compound Quality Control
Rubber compound quality is strictly monitored through an in-house lab using the following methods.

MDR ( Moving Die Rheometer )
Assesses cure characteristics and provides:
- Torque values
- Scorch and cure times (Ts1, Ts2, T90)
Cure Rate Index
Chemical Analysis
- FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy):
Identifies chemical structures and functional groups - TGA (Thermogravimetric Analysis):
Analyzes thermal stability and composition

Mechanical Property Testing
Includes:
- Specific gravity
- Dispersion
- Mooney viscosity
- Cure curves
- Hardness (Shore A)
- Tensile strength and elongation
- Abrasion resistance
- Rebound resilience
